I’d like to personally thank you for choosing Elsworth Tuition. I am confident that with our help, you/your child will achieve their potential. Please read the following document thoroughly regarding our terms of agreement. By proceeding to the next step you will agree to these terms.
What Happens Next?
Now that you’ve decided to begin lessons with Elsworth Tuition, the next step is to be paired with a suitable tutor. All our tutors are carefully selected to suit your own specific needs and subject requirements. I will pass on your details, and you will hear from the tutor within 2-3 days. From there you will be able to arrange a day and time that suits you.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that students allow 6 hours notice for any cancelled lessons. If
you need to cancel a lesson you should contact both the tutor and Stan
directly, as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if a cancellation occurs within 6
hours of the lesson, payment will still have to be made. If the student fails to
log on to a Zoom lesson at the agreed upon time, the tutor will wait on the call
for 15 minutes. After that, full payment will be due for the missed lesson.
Payment
Details
Payment will be arranged by Stan with the student/parent for every hour lesson. The
hourly rate at Elsworth Tuition is £40 per hour for face-to-face lessons and £35 per
hour for online lessons (£40 for A-level). Whether you prefer to pay weekly or at the
end of the month is completely up to you – we just ask that payment is received by
the last day of the month. We also offer the option to pay via invoice – Stan can send
an invoice for payments on a monthly basis if you prefer. Please note that if a
payment is missed, lessons cannot continue until resolved. Our bank is called
Zempler (formerly Cashplus) and sometimes isn’t trusted by other banks. If there is a
‘send anyway’ option please select this; otherwise, I can provide a secondary bank
upon request. Remember your first session with Elsworth Tuition is free of charge.
